We ship to the continental United States only and do not currently ship to the following U.S. territories or States including; Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Additionally, we do not ship to PO.BOX address. If you are unsure if we service your address, please get in touch with customer service.
Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your location from our warehouse.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. The estimated delivery time for the USA is 3-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
YARDCARE is not responsible for any international duties and taxes on your order. All costs collected during the transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer. I appreciate your understanding.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and damaged goods as they may be required to file a claim against the shipping carrier.
